Hava Aura

I’ve had my Hava Aura Mini for a couple of years now and it’s quietly become one of those things I wouldn’t want to live without.

It’s small, simple, and doesn’t take up much space — but the difference it’s made in my room feels big. The air just feels… cleaner. Lighter. Especially at night.

Since using it, I’ve noticed:
• fewer allergy flare ups
• no more waking up with a dry or sore throat
• deeper, more settled sleep
• and I actually haven’t been sick this past year

It runs really quietly too, which matters so much in a sleep space. No humming, no disruption — just clean air in the background while you rest.

From a wellness perspective, it’s one of those small changes that supports your nervous system without you even thinking about it. Cleaner air = less load on your body while you sleep, which is when all the real repair happens.

And if you live in a suburban area like I do — with helicopters overhead, constant traffic, trains and nearby construction — it really adds up. We don’t always see what’s in the air, but it’s there.

Check out the image below to see just how much this little unit is actually pulling out of the air… the before and after of my filter honestly shocked me.

The only downside for me is the LED screen — you can’t turn it off, and I’m really mindful about light in the bedroom at night. I just put a small piece of black electrical tape over it and that fixed it instantly.

Overall, it’s been such a simple, low-tox swap that’s actually made a noticeable difference in how I feel day to day.
